How to gain profit in the Forex market?
The process is pretty simple: profit generates through exchange rate differences between currencies. For example, if you change 10 dollars to 12 euros, and wait until dollar’s value will rise, you’ll be able to sale your 12 euros for dollars at a higher price (i.e. for 12 dollars opposed to 10 dollars invested). Then 2 dollars will be your gained profit.
Why do I need a broker?
A broker is a financial organization with a special license which acts as an intermediary for clients in exchange tenders. Sometimes a bank can also function as a broker, and sometimes it is a separate commercial organization. A broker can also be an organization existing inside a financial group.
A broker is your hands in bidding. Through a broker, you purchase and sell actives, conclude contracts and exchange currencies.
What a broker company does:
– Makes an account of the money and assets you pass it over;
– Signs you up on the stock market and gives special codes for executing transactions;
– Supplies you with information on how the trade is going;
– Makes the final settlements of transactions and submits a report.
A broker also works as a tax agent: it withholds and pays to the government dividends and capital gains. To read an insightful description of a broker company’s work, read the article about AvaTrade review.
